Often, one of the first pieces of advice we get when troubleshooting issues with signing in to a website is to clear our cookies and our cache. This video shows you how to do that in the Google Chrome browser. If you prefer using keyboard shortcuts, here is an article for you.

Sometimes you want to be sure others make their own copy of a Google file (Doc, Slides, Sheets). By sharing a link with the word copy instead of edit in it- the only option people will have, will be to make a copy. That new copy will save to their Google Drive. Then they won't be able to change the original by accident.

Google Forms are often used to quiz students or gather information from staff. In this presentation learn how to take Google Forms to the next level and add in video instructions and picture supports for multiple choice answers. Learn to add video to give feedback to students when they get an answer incorrect. Learn how to present just one question at a time. Finally, learn how to collect data on the number of prompts students needed to complete an assignment.

To share a Google file with a parent who doesn't have a Google account, go to the Share settings and change the sharing link to "Anyone with the link". Then send the link to the parent in an email or however you'd like to share the link with them. See the video on the left for details.

When you install a Chrome Extension, it appears to the right of the address bar. When you install a Chrome App, you will find it by clicking on the Google Apps waffle that is under the address bar.
