Below you will find the Evaluation Summary Rubric. This is designed to help ensure best practices are observed in the writing of an evaluation. It includes the necessary components for the Evaluation PWN and the ESR section for teachers.

*Staff no longer needs to have ALL due process reviewed by lead staff or administrators if they have all “yes”, 3’s, and 4’s. At that point, due process may only be reviewed by supervisors during the formal evaluation year. Supervisors and leads can always review due process, and staff can always request to have due process be reviewed.
