Literacy Interventions

Interventions are short term, evidence-based, supplemental curricula designed to help students who are behind meet reading benchmarks. Interventions must supplement, not supplant, core instruction. Interventions may be delivered in small groups or 1:1, depending on student and program needs. ISD 917 has adopted a bank of evidence-based interventions that can be used to meet our students wide ranging literacy needs.
