Our goal is to have students read independently for a minimum of 20 minutes a day.

Here is how it works:

We want to catch students reading throughout the day and celebrate it. We especially want to celebrate reading stamina in independent reading. When any of us catch a student reading fill out and submit this form.

Students caught reading will receive a badge and a free book!

We would really like to catch our students reading, wherever and whenever we can. Look for students reading not only in class, but maybe while they wait for the bus, in line, or in a corner of the library. Let’s build a culture of reading.
